Playing Card Soccer Ball
Slightly more than two packs of playing cards were needed to
construct this sphere.
The cards are held together with staples.
Greater precision would have helped with this model.
The model was constructed it without using any maths
or measuring at all.
Here's a card dome that aims for better coverage:
There may be better layouts than this one. This has the
same layout as the struts of a conventional geodesic dome.
